This is a 10-15 sketch of a costumed model from my school's sketch club's "Model Fiesta". By the name, I was expecting to find the models dressed in stereotypical south-of-the-border fashion...but I was wrong.

It's traditional because the coloring took me less than the actual lines, soo..

Erm- might scrap this later, but I thought some people might enjoy it! Sketch club is awesome :)

Oh yeah, and I'm sorry he's floating and all. It's a nasty habit of mine to ignore scenery or props when I draw from models, but I know I really need to work on adding backgrounds in my work and all..and I will! promise!

yeah :) apparently they don't usually go this far. It's usually casual clothing, but this was a special event, so they had costumes. There was also a hula-hooping monk and wonder woman...among other things XD

yeah, they really were! I think the models had a lot of fun just being able to dress up in all sorts of goofy ways and be creative with the scenes they set up for us to draw (for instance, with this scene, Batman was actually paired with Wonder Woman, and she was pointing a gun at him from across a small table...)
