Blind Date Epilogue

This was a lot of fun. I wanted to do an epilogue to her film, where the characters are falling for each other so much they're ready to use the heart emoji. I incorporated their phones since they are such a big plot device in the film. I wanted a light, toony feel to this piece.

I inked this in Manga Studio and I pushed myself to do a background again. I don't know, I think maybe my work is getting a little better? In either case I like that I was able to draw another complete "scene" rather than just the characters standing in blank space, it's a difficult challenge for me. I've still got a lot of improving to look forward to as well.
